Okay, you know what pasta is, and you are probably well aware of how TERRIFIC the pasta is from T.G.I. Friday's… it’s the best!  The team from T.G.I. Friday's will take care of your every need when it comes to your all-important CARBO LOADING NEEDS.

Okay, just what the heck is this “LEFSE” stuff?  By definition, Lefse is a traditional Scandinavian flat bread made from potatoes. The potatoes are mashed and mixed with flour, cream, salt and a little oil. It is then rolled very thin and fried on a hot iron griddle.

If that’s too technical, lefse is simply one of the finer foods that originated in Scandinavia and made its way over the United States years ago. Roll up a piece of lefse with a little bit of butter and sugar on it, and you will not stop after one piece!  It’s a part of our heritage….and you’ll leave Fargo with a little more Scandinavian in your system….that’s all good!

This year’s Pasta Feed will have an open seating from 4PM to 8PM, and, as always, expect to listen to a world class/motivational speaker during the pasta/lefse feed. Pasta Feed tickets can be purchase during your registration process (online or via paper registration form). Extra tickets may be purchased as this event is open to the public.
