VALLEY NEWS FARGO LIVE HALF MARATHON
 Your Fargo Rocks course tour begins and finishes at the FARGODOME. Starting just outside the front doors of this magnificent facility, this awesome route will bring you through the finest that our community offers, including the historic and revitalized downtown districts, beautiful tree-lined residential streets which take you from turn of the 20th Century to the 21st! And remember… bands at every mile will keep you running strong!
FAST AND FLAT defines the terrain here, but the MOST important “take home piece” for you will be FRIENDLY! Our community proudly boasts its friendly side as you visit our streets on your way to your personal Finish Line!

Again in 2013, the full marathon route will take you into the awesome North Fargo neighborhoods to start with. Look for a North vs. South competition to see which side of the Fargo ROCKS the most!
 After full and half marathoners work their way through downtown Fargo, the challenge will be to see which street “WOWS” you the most….. 8th Street or 9th Street? You decide….but either way; you will know the meaning of FUN after you are done with them.
Full Marathoners will press on to south Fargo’s Rock’n River Road, while half marathoners will turn back to start the return route to the Fargodome!
Both groups will rock through Fargo’s famous Broadway... .completely lined with people, music, fun and the world famous Fargo Theater!
In 2013, Half Marathoners will enjoy a loop through the beautiful campus of NDSU before making their way back to the Fargodome!
Finally, your Fabulous Rockin’ finishlLine means the Dome again. This time, you’ll make the grand entrance in front of thousands as you raise your hands up high and smile for the Jumbotron video monitors!
